A lot of my process is rooted in slowing down. I shoot on 35mm film alongside digital, which naturally shifts the way I see and capture a moment. More intentional and a little more nostalgic. It allows things to unfold without rushing, so what’s documented feels real and lasting. There’s a certain feeling to a day when you’re fully in it. The pace, the energy, the quiet moments. That’s what I’m paying attention to. I approach every wedding, elopement, and session with that in mind, documenting things as they unfold but also guiding when it’s needed.
From the beginning, I’m there to make this feel easy for you. I’ll guide you through the process when it’s helpful, whether that’s shaping a timeline, choosing a location, or simply making sure nothing feels overwhelming. On your day, I create a space where you can relax into it, where nothing feels forced or overly posed, and where you can just be present with each other.
