Booking: To reserve photography services, a signed contract and retainer are required. Full booking details, payment schedules, and cancellation terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement.
Payment: Payment terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Remaining balances are due according to the agreed-upon invoice schedule unless otherwise stated in writing.
Retainers: A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date and reserve your session or event on our calendar. This retainer will be applied toward your total balance.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide notice as soon as possible. Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date at the photographer’s discretion and based on availability.
4. Intellectual Property

All photographs, images, videos, written content, and materials produced by Lane Bross Photography are the intellectual property of Lane Bross Photography and are protected by copyright laws.

By booking our services, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered images for personal, non-commercial use only.

Images may not be altered, edited, sold, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

5. Client Responsibilities
Cooperation: Clients are expected to arrive on time and cooperate during the session to ensure the best possible experience and results. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time.
Image Usage: By booking with Lane Bross Photography, you grant permission for images from your session or event to be used for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the session.
6. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide exceptional service and preserve all images, Lane Bross Photography is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or photography services.

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service provided.
